Seed Paper Variations
Each seeded paper sheet is crafted one at a time and slight variations in texture, colour or printing is not uncommon. These subtle variations are the mark of a truly unique product. No two invitations are exactly alike and you should expect the following:
- Slight variation in paper colour and thickness between individual pieces of seed paper
- Variation in the same ink colour printed on seed paper compared to cardstock
- Random distribution of seeds that may potentially intersect text or design
Proof Approval Terms & Fees
Additional wedding proofs (after the included two) will be charged at $20 each, for each item in your order. If you would like to see two additional fonts, colours, or wording options, a $40 per proof charge applies.
Turnaround Time - Custom Orders:
*Any custom orders using the custom builder will be proofed via email. A proof will be emailed within 3 business days for approval. After art approval please allow 2 business days for production PLUS... your ship method.
Shapes: * All shapes are cut to order. Allow 3 business days for production PLUS... your ship method.* The seed paper is being shipped from the US, so shipping time may be up to 3 weeks.
Wedding: Your wedding stationery order will be ready to ship 5-7 business days from your final proof approval. The delivery date cannot be determined until receipt of your proof approval; the sooner you approve your proof, the sooner your order can ship. Enquire about arush production is available. This may be available.
Additional Quantities And Reorders
Due to the natural variation in our seed paper and printers, we cant guarantee an exact match for ink or paper colour as your first order. We always recommend ordering extras!
Shipping & Freight Terms
All orders will be charged shipping. South Island, NZ $4.00 and North Island is $6.00. Orders to Australia will be approximately $36.00 NZ. With international shipments, all freight charges, brokerage fees and applicable duty and taxes are extra the customers responsibility. Weare not responsible for delays or damages in route.
We have sold and shipped our products to Australia. Additional permits and certificates may be required, but we are happy to give you quotes and advice for exporting anytime, anywhere. Title of goods passes to the customer at the time the merchandise is assigned to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route.
